Bears are dead. They need help

I disagree. Bears do need dodge, especially since the dodge is now so low that is coming from the gear. I believe by blind skill you mean give bears a hit debuff? Birds are already capable of this by using the skills blinding shot, it lowers the enemies hit, so that wouldn't be the solid solution.

What bears need is a taunt that actually works so they can become tanks again. LOL

Bears are dead? Perhaps, but they still needed very very much. When I'm in a party full of mages and birds and there's a single slot left, I PRAY that a bear takes the spot. Why? Bears DO serve useful tanks - this is the point of being melee. They are the difference between tanking damage while running to AO3 bosses and having the entire party wiped out. There has been so many times where I would run forward as a bird with max evade on and still get destroyed during a rush just because a bear hasn't been alongside with me, disabling enemies with stomp. Don't give up on your bears - you are still very much needed.
