Does anyone know what level/class will get the most chance of looting recipes? Also if anyone knows the best place to farm these?
For me, I have looted many on different alts so I cannot say which is the best or luckiest class ( all my alts were lvl 56+ and ran with 3x combos and big luck) but the quickest and most effective way I get them is in bandit hideout, recipes ONLY drop from mini bosses such as catspaw. I've also looted recipes from oil slick in the catacombs but catspaw in hideout is the fastest to run. Goodluck farming!
