    Default My platinum offers dont work

    When i try to download apps or do surveys, almost all of them doesnt work. I open the app, finish the tutorial, play a little then go back into PL and guess what i see. 0 plat added. When i do offers, when i finish it gives me tons and tons of more offers that i always click "skip" on. You should fix this Sts or give me some help.

    Hello there EliteVirsa!

    When you do these surveys or downloads, are you doing them through the game itself? It has to be tracked by the game to count.

    Yes i go into store > esrn fre platinum > nativex or tapjoy and i download or do surveys

    This is too much for 2plat. Trying for 30 minutes

    They emailed back in 1 day but they said no offers was pending.. im like what the (bleep).

    Have you checked your free plat history? Has it been deleted? This has happened to me several times after having sent an email to NativeX Support:

    Attachment 87427

    They asked for my UDID or Ad Id and mysteriously there was no pending offer anymore. Dubious.

    I check my history and they verified all the pending offers.
