Hey sts, juz fix the issue n see how it went for few days, if people start to complaint its overpowerin, den chg it back. Settle. No harm done wat. Or u can think of somethin else to fix it without overpowerin it. If 1.6 secs too long, shorten it to 1.3 secs. U dont hvta follow exactly wat they said if 1sec is overpowerin on ur stat of mind. 1.3-1.4 secs wld b moderate n acceptable includin all the laggin we hvta put up with. N tat mana regen proc, tat is stupidity. Mages owned too much mana, why nd mana regen? Illogical man. Tat also ndta fix. Oh man, theres alot ndta fix on tis weapon, 60 int so totally not needed. U fix the problems tat ar illogical matter, i can call it an arcane weapon. U dont fix tis, i call it 2nd hand midget temporarily weapon juzta fill up ur necessary obligence on mages coz mages ar indeed primary class. Still an open book for tis issue.
