<Elite Runners> Official Thread

We ran an elite caves of Tarewa today. [this is true story] I joined Rafuru's party. When we started, Vorti was parking well, but he (edit: i mean rafuru) yelled a lot and asked "is this your first run in cave?" and many more, lmao. At 10 min of timer started he (edit: i mean rafuru) left the pt created by himself and joined sspectrum's pt. And said something like "2*" in guild chat (spectrum said 3 slot left, and he said 2* to fix it meaning he join it), and said "give me 5 mins" (lmao 5 min to finish cave?) on guild chat when they tell him to join them. I and vorticity knew that wont end well and we whispered each other "lols". And at 15 min, he (edit: i mean rafuru) really left the map and joined spectrum, and messaged us "dc", and we more "lols" O_o. Wtf dude, we all know what you do, we are not dumb. I and vorti and leu finished the map in 55 min, and the loot was kinda worth it, but not for leu though.

I would really like to join this guild but I do not meet the requirements.. (I am only level 16...) Are there ever any exceptions made for characters with potential? Or, at least, is there anyone in the guild who is known for their helpfulness who may be willing to answer questions? I am trying to learn it all but it is difficult alone at times. I would love to find a guild to invest my time and loyalties to but so far none of them seem worth my time. x_x If anyone is looking to reach out to a newb, or to take on an apprentice of sorts, my IGNs Rosekara and would love any advice offered!

We cannot make exceptions for lower level players at this time (unless you have a capped main in the guild).

We are not just a farming guild - rather we are a guild of mentors and partners; more like a family than a rigid hierarchy. We teach eachother effective strategies and builds, all in the hopes that any party with an <Elite Runners> guild tag will be successful and economical at running any elite map. Members are expected to help eachother, run with eachother and not use gear, plat or specific players as a crutch to their success.

The point is that if you put out a call in /g "Got reroll, any runs", there will be players ready to run, and are competent and effective for any high value map you decide.

Rule no 1: Elite runner never leaves the party, unless all members vote the run is a fail or too big waste

Rule no 2: If you are in a party, you are not allowed to leave "for a better party", leaving your teammates alone

Violations will be punished by guild ban forever. Seriously.

When I was in a run with Alex and Raf and a tank (cant remember) after being in the map for 33minutes and them dying 10+ times they killed the boss without me zzzz

Sometimes, I run with terrific parties, sometimes not. Sometimes, I get great loot, sometimes not. No matter which way things go, NEVER EVER abandon your party. Many of those members are investing gold, plat, kits, elixirs and lots of pots to the run, so whether it is a struggle or not, see it through. Elite Runners never give up.

I have been in PUGs where they all quit and I see it through all by myself. When I enter a map, there are two ways I leave, either beating the boss or pinging out, there are no other options.

You don't improve your skills by being the weakest person in a top party. You improve by learning better strategies, better team coordination, better skill rotations and grinding. If people think slogging through a tough map isn't fun, imagine how not fun it is for all the officers who are spending hundreds of plat and thousands of pots on getting tough APs and going through the same struggles for their fellow members. I WILL NOT allow this kind of behavior!

Yes, it's Leuezhati here (this is my forum account) and after joining ER last Thursday, it was sorrowing and unacceptable to see that happen. Although I looted vegetables on that hour long run, it was simply fun to chat and work together though my first few Elite Tinderin runs regardless of that incident.

We don't just invite without inspecting. Contact any of the Officers/Recruiters that are on, and they will invite you on a few runs to assess your skills.

If you meet the requirements listed in the first page. You can contact any officers/recruiters listed in the first page too and they will inspect and take you to a run/s. Goodluck. :-)
