Need Help

I logged into my char (Spartansultan) on the device from a friend. When he wanted to take his device back he accidentally pressed on forgot password send new password ( i still dont know how).
Then i wanted to go to my email and look for the password and saw tht my email got blocked and i dont have acess to it...wht can I do now ??
