I'm sure these have been suggested but if they have been it's obvious they were Ignored so I'll post them again.

1) Make it so you cannot logout or leave in the middle of combat
2) Make a area for 1v1 PvP
3) Make it so guilds can challenge each other and only members of the guilds fighting can enter the match, make it so only guildies can be on one team only. That'll stop blocking in guild wars. I know all guilds don't pvp so put an option to disable it.
4) maybe if it's possible do what RuneScape and WoW does, make worlds for different things, world 1 would be PvE,2 could be quests, and world 3 could be PvP
5) Now my last suggest may be ignored completely but make it so you can only kill the same person from the same IP address and or account 10 times a day. And make it so if someone is multi logging on a computer they won't get any kills at all. This is the part people might hate, reset all pvp kdr to make it fair to non dummy users.
