    Default New client problem

    I have a problem with the new client... It is impossible to play, that is the problem. I can not go in to the game, however i can wiev my characterscreen. I play on a iPad Air, wich is Newly bought, so i think i should be able to go in to the game... But no, i am DENIED. Why? And also, there is like 1 billion threads on the new client already XD

    Model of device you are trying to play on
    OS version that device is running
    Name of a character on your account

    I logged in fine but the chat box tex is not verry bright seems dim for some reason.

    Second time : ipod 5 ios 7.1.0 names tharidom and tharitim (problems mostly occur when I exit my stash or travel to another zone the screen goes black and the game restarts) hope u guys can fix this soon.

    I am not very technically, and do not know the most of this...
    But i will try...
    I am trying to play on a iPad Air, i dont know any more information about this.
    What on earth is a "OS version"? Lol

    Your os version (ios version)





    Can be found here sorry for the weird language. Press the button thats says algemeen so the settings sign or smthn and you will find it.

    Hello,
    I am having the same issue. I updated the client from AppStore, also the in game patches. The main menu pops in and works, showing the character correctly, but when I press play, it just freezes on the Loading page (the one with the AL symbol and the pet running). This only happens in Apple devices. I also have an Android that seems to work.

    IPad Mini 2, iOS 7.1.1
    IPhone 4, iOS 7.1.1

    iPad OS 7.1.1
    Cannot log on to main, only alts now.
    Can't even get past log in now...

    Phone = samsung galaxy s advance
    Android version = 2.3.6
    IGN = gujjral/gujji/ gujral

    Plz fix it fast!!

    i am also on ios 7.1.1 and have issues at exactly this login state:

    but for some reason the app crashes on my main Ardbeg, while i can log in on my alt Ardbug on the same account.

    Everything this update looks device bound apple cant play on android I can barely read all the letters.

    I tried to enter with my alts too, and they both work just fine, same as for Ardbeg.

    The loading screens is still frozen on the main character (Sheebatheone), and I can hear the environment background sound from Expedition Came, probably the last town I was in.
