Malison, talon, or haze?

Malison gives the health needed to tank, while talon gives damage & mana, two important things. Haze gives damage and could be health or dex depending on your build. I can't make up my mind, someone needs to tell me _._

Malison is almost always the answer. Percent buffs like Talon's and Haze's would work better on higher levels for obvious reasons but are currently disabled in TDM for L20 and above anyway. 20 of all stats, fair crit and much cheaper than the other two - I'd start from the purple guy.
