Starting to go more hybrid

Hey,

I'm new to the game and started out my first 11 levels just pumping everything into int, but am starting to put more into str to give me more survivability. I know based on guides on these forums that for hybrid I would evenually be 95str and 158int, but while leveling what is a good amount to put in each as I level? Should I put like 1-2str and 3-4int each time I level?

I read a few things about "as much str as you need for that level's gear requirements," but can't find a place that says how much this amount is for each range of levels. Is there a charge anywhere saying stuff like "between levels 10-20 you need 20str" and so forth?
