PvE/PvP Build?

Right now I'm trying a lot of different builds, but need comments on this one.

Shield- 4/5 No Pushback
Lightning- 3/5 15% Dmg and 250% Crit
Ice- 3/5 DoT and +2 Sec
Fire- 3/5 Wider Range and Stun
Time Clock- 5/5
Curse- 5/5
Heal- 2/5
5 Int
5 Str
5 Dex

I use Shield Light Ice Fire for DM, I use Heal and Curse for CTF/clashes, and Time Clock for PvE, is there any way I can improve my build?

Shield for both pvp maps lol.

Obviously^ For clashes, I usually use Shield Heal Curse and Fire

my PVP specs

TDM .... 1v1 i.e rogue or Warrior charge FB / ice / charge light / shield
TDM .. clash charge FB/ shield / charge Light / heal

FB / Ice / Time is also good attack skill for PVE never without it in elite (ice)

curse and heal to me are only good for clash not good for PVE so i opt this skill out and learn to avoid curse if possible...
