Long List
Additions should include: new level cap, more moderators online (so much bullying, tormenting, foul language, etc.), more different colored wisps, a bloody animal outfit of some kind, garlic in PvP (touch it and it hurts the vamp or whatever), more buildings, more levels, and an easier way to earn plat. Perhaps even a weekly game in which a bat flies through a maze that the player controls - the fastest times get gold or plat or a special outfit, or even bats... It would make the game much more interactive and less boring.
