I find it rly tastes like nothing after it's mixed, just kinda faint
Maybe get vanilla whey and mix it with peanut butter/yogurt/milk etc so it dillutes the taste plus adds extra protein and other vitamins
Idk you mix with a cup of water? I do and it's just right amount of thickness

Obviously not gonna taste like Hershey's Chocolate Milk but it's still not a terrible taste even with water
Okay peanut butter is pretty good, very good, but if your gonna drink protein shakes then at least go to the gym 2-3 times a week.
Mix it with milk of course, but then again, it takes longer to digest but good for maximising muscle gainzzz
You can mix it with water also, tastes strange but digests faster, tastes less thick, or you can do 50:50 milk and water. And if your gonna take it after a workout, make sure you drink it all asap and eat food no longer then an hour after the workout.
Just buy Whey, get double chocolate then, or cookies and cream. Vanilla is the other one thanks Covert!

2-3 times? Ew, I think you should aim for 5-6 per week. I've seen people do 4 day splits and rest on the 5th day, but they get back on the 6th, so merp. I personally like to mix mine with milk--tastes much better. I usually eat about half an hour after the gym, but I'll sometimes treat myself to a shake while eating :3... Whey cereal also wakes me up when I get 2-3 hours of sleep during the school year... No, eating the food doesn't, but preparing it does ...
Hey Noodle, if you read mine fully I say (at least) yes, probably most likely 3 days a week to start of beginning, but then 4 days a week with a split plan is preferred, which is what I started doing 2 months ago. It's been working out amazing! Also when it comes to taste of foods and shakes, if you wanna be serious about it, then taste of food isn't a choice, I myself eat for bodybuilding, not to my liking.
Yeah I do Milk sometimes, but mostly 50/50 or just water is fine, either way I skull the whole thing as it's not a thing you sip on.
Also one other thing, don't rest on the 5th day, start with 2 days, rest in the middle, then 2 on, then rest Saturday sunday, then re-do, but if you can't due to not being able to on some days, you will have to work around it. Elite trainers mostly do 5-6 days a week, thats pretty crazy and really shows how dedicated you're!
Not many hours of sleep? Then don't bother xD
