    Default [Possible Bug] Serrated arrowhead upgrade on nox decrease damage

    the description said increased impact damage by 15%

    but after testing on some unit, instead it reduce the impact damage (first damage from nox bolt) by around 15%...

    anyone can test it too? just to confirm
