Is he worth the 350k or so for a PvE pet? I'm a Warrior, and what's his AA and passive ability. Thanks.

Ripmaw is eh.
Ripmaw = overpriced flapjack
Ripmaw was originally released during season 2 when the level cap was 21. At level 25 and under, the 8 health regen and 8 mana regen are very OP, especially in PvP where you cannot use potions. It is basically enough to keep your mana and health full between clashes. However, as we have leveled up to higher levels, the 8 regen points become less and less significant. So at level 41 Ripmaw is not very useful at all and there are quite a few legendary pets I would get before him. So for now I would say he is useful for twinks, especially warriors because of the STR bonus. At very low levels (level 8 and under) he may possibly be the best PvP pet because of the regen.

How well would you say ripmaw would work for a LV 6 mage?
I was crazy before it was fashionable.
Well, Ripmaw is already at 350k.... I have to say this is by far the cheapest Mythic Pet. I assume his prices will go down a bit more..
Its a vanity pet, Its bad at endgame yet good for twinking..
He was good when he first came out but has become irrelevant nowadays. Get him for twinking or if you just want a shark pet. The infected bite looks somewhat cool with poison squirting from the bite at times. I feel more sorry for Hammerjaw. Him with his AA activated barely touches the base stats of the better Arcane pets.

Short answer, no. Long answer, no.
If you need the mythic ap, definitely get it. Otherwise, I wouldn't buy/use/level it. At all.
Those who say it cannot be done should not stop those who are doing it.
Instead of getting Ripmaw would it be easier to get a Vlad?
I used a vlad at level 16 last year and it was quite op but now thinking about i can save for a slag again or just go for a Vlad.
Its awesome fir warrior twink and elite bosses, AoE stun AA and passive stuns help a lot.

Get anything else with similar stats, but dont get that pet as u would almost never use it.
I would rather use haze, shadowlurk, flap jack, vlad, loki, slag and many many more other pets than this one.
Some say its a good pet for twinking, so is flap jack and loki.
As a mythic, what makes it worth maybe the AA, passive, and the Attack..
I want him so he can glitch with me in pier XD
