Halloween Event?

For STG, Halloween is about to come in about a month or so. I'm just wondering if they have some Halloween goodies for the community, if it's the same thing like last year, I won't be dissatisfied because then I'll have a chance at getting Grim and Vlad

It seems Halloween town is different than before, so every same event will be different town, I could be wrong, but meh.

But the question is
Hallowen event for all people or hallowen event for rich people
I dont want leadboards prizes for people rich
Idont want energy kit
I want old times now necropolis return?

If I remember....they said Halloween is going to be the biggest most awesome event in AL so far ( Not exact words, along said lines ).
