Elite Wraith Heart

We were fighting elite wraith heart when we got swept. We came back and got to the point when they were stunned but wraiths shield didnt drop. Anyone else had this problem?

you must restart them..
1 of you must pull the mobs around crystal or you come closer to the crystal, then go back so the bosses will restart.

If you want to defeat this bosses.. You need 1 person to live while the others dead.
Do not dead while waiting the others that's the key. Beware of green circle of the mobs too.

This happened to me while soloing, I did not die and I was not out of range at anytime of the heart. The shield just failed to drop at 50% for reasons unknown.
