Retrieving old deleted items.

I've been playing this game since may 2010 and I have some of the old 2010 vanities that i deleted like maybe in like November 2010. I just remembered after 4 years that i used to have those. Like if I were to look in my purchase history i'd probably find that I bought them long ago if I search way to the beginning of all my purchases. Is it possible for sts to retrieve items that have been deleted for that long?

Yes I think so if you have proof such as the purchase history of it

Ok thanks. I've gotten items retrieved but not from that long ago so i wasn't sure.

They have like a certain amount of weeks before they don't do it. I don't if it was just me but when I tried retrieving my deleted vanities, they asked me how long ago it was. They also state that it shouldn't be over certain weeks ago. It might be different for you but best of luck!
