Reserved names are currently set up to where they are tethered to the person's account. This means that only that one account can take the given reserved names. It's a rather odd system, and it isn't the case for any other games that had the ability to reserve names prior to launch. Reserved names should be treated like any other name to where if they are deleted, any player can take them. Not much point in having them restricted to that one account other than to be a child lock to help stupid people.
