I'd ignore PvP for a while. Just focus on leveling up, and then redirect your attention later. You're not gonna have much fun at lower levels especially. If you really insist on trying PvP, get to 30 and get a brain freeze wand set (roughly 25k) and jump in then. You're really better off just leveling though.

As for cs, the only location can be found in Fort Blackstone.
