Imagine that echoed thousands of thousands of times each month lol. I like the idea besides all that begging that will go on.
+1 gold sink with rewards ilk take it any day of the week
What I will add though is sts should make a Boa (bind on account) items for this lottery so any rewards don't go back into the economy
Ex. 120m spent on lottery collectively, Sam egg given as prize, make that Sam egg BoA which means it's stash able but can't go on cs or trade

I was thinking about this:
*Raise the Jackpot, probably 200k.
*New Content: Arlor Lottery (Place) found in Traveler's Outpost.
*NPCs will be found here n the Arlor Lottery
*Different Lottery types will have different Ticket Types and ticket part amounts.
*Super Jackpot will need X Lottery Shards
*Mythic will need X Lottery Shards
*Arcane will need X Lottery Shardd
-Pay 5k to NPC for a ticket slot, giving you a quest.
-The quest will tell you to find ticket parts found with any boss around Arlor.
-You will need the ff:
X Ticket Fragments
X Lottery Shards
-Once found, turn in the quest to the NPC giving you a Lottery Ticket.
-Another NPC, will ask you for a ticket and if you have one, you can turn it in and enter one of the ongoing lotteries.
-You can choose to turn your ticket in some other time. With a 30-Day limit.
