I've been trying to play Arcane for past 30 minutes and it just says at the contacting server screen and my WiFi is on.

Does your WiFi allow you to play online games? I know some wifis block websites and online games etc. Maybe try restarting device, restarting wifi modem, restarting technology and might work. Delete app re download kn different wifi or different connection. Try clearing memory cache download history etc. Somethings gotta give
