Sts would still get money from plat sales like crazy. why craft multiple locked crates plus craft time and gold to open a single plat-free locked that you are only allowed a limited amount of when you could just pay plat and open as much locks as you want at your own pace. This in no means would be a cure-all for plat free players unless extremely luck, which to this day even most plat buyers are not that lucky.

This game would come to life if plat free users could have a chance. Maybe double the current player amount would play (which item rarity is based on how many people play) and out of all those people more would buy plat still for locked, elixirs, speed crafting, pets, vanities, revives and events. If thought about and implemented this could make AL a bigger hit than what it is.

I do understand plat users may not want plat free players to have a chance.. but even if they gotta go to the homeless shelter meal kitchen.. they still have to eat or those players die off. So give them a ray of hope and they can go a long way... stifle their hopes and before long they lay down and die. Game over.

I think locked crates should be removed. And arcane and mythic stuff lootable from bosses.
