1. Maybe , I also think so, but yes this much early so that people who r willing can collect some more gears/eggs.
2. He not even telling to give those donations to him, just join guild on lowbie alt and give donations yourself, or just be in his friendlist so he can call out and give donation yourself , don't give it to him
