Seoratrek responded saying, "So the word that I am getting is that your characters will not be able to be recovered. I apologize for this inconvenience". Is this really how STS treats their users or is it because Pocket Legends users are not essential? I also don't understand why you are locking my thread seoratrek.. It doesn't make sense lol. Other people get their deleted characters back and I can't get them back. I see.. you guys are discriminating me with this business. Not even any type of compensation but "I apologize for this inconvenience" (Also took 2 days for your reply). I truly like the game and everything but your customer service is disappointing. It's not the STS that it used to be back in 2011. Even if you guys lock my threads, I will keep on posting these new threads, until you guys retrieve my characters back.
