ok nativex and other free platinum servers are still some offers unavailable (offline) when you completed offer still didn't receive yours platinums.. it just say "in progress" forever, all what you can do doesn't work.

While I can understand some initial concerns, please, let's keep things a bit drama free, ok? We have players clamoring for additional free platinum offers and this is our effort to deliver. Also, like everything, we keep a close eye on our business. If things aren't going in a way that is good for the game, we will act to address it, as we have in the past. Changes have been made with NativeX to address loopholes.

We appreciate that, and hope you do really understand why we're concerned. After all, the fraud went on for a good year before it was addressed the first time. The people who are concerned are not drama-makers on a normal basis, and the concerns are not without reason. We will be doing our part as well, as players, to monitor the economy fluxuations and hope that the issues are indeed enough to prevent further economic problems.

We appreciate the all STS does, and just want to make sure everyone has an equal and fair chance. Perhaps it would have been better to post about the trials and fraud protection up front, rather than having the panic set in by just saying "nativex is back". But what's done is done and we move on.

Thank you for fixing the gem effects, by the way. I think they will be lovely to look at now.

Fix the connection issues pls!!!! I can't even finish a run in WT4 without being disconnected and sometimes I can't even star a run. You haven't fix anything this didn't happened to me before.

Im curious, Is there % difference if you use legal plat purchases vs free plats from NativeX when opening locked chest/necro locked and get mythics/arcane items

How about 2x chance loot yesterday my fren open 250 nec lock nothing he get why so complicate to giving new mythic weapon after u all nerf the bulwark did sts need more money on this event,so u all expect we must open 1000 nec lock then can loot 2x chance mythic as customer i purchase plat with my really money not with blank paper.

This is insane I already lost the count on how many times I got disconnected. Please fix this or give us any solution or compensation at least. Maybe 2 more days of the event? Absolutely unplayable and annoying.
