Jack O'Lantern rogue vanity set not trade-able

Hello Dear STS,

firstly kudos on the event, which I enjoyed greatly.
The disconnects aside, there is one little thing, which I think still needs fixing. The Jack O'Lantern vanity set for rogue is still not trade-able! Its mage and warrior equivalents are and have been since the beginning of the event, while the rogue one is not?! It is/was the most expensive one in tokens, so please make it trade-able.

Furthermore I am quite sure, that when those sets were previewed and many complained that it was the ugliest one, that Remien or somebody else stated that it had a nice particle effect, which was missing on the screenshot. Well this particle effect is still not there. Unfortunately I cant find this post any more, so if I am mistaken I apologize in advance.
