WORKAROUND: If you have an installed SD card, move the data out of your SD card so that the game is stored all on the local memory (and not the SD card) some users have reported this to correct the issue and allow them to play.
Are you re-downloading patch files after updating to the new Arcane Legends Android client version 1.2.3.0?
If so, we would like to hear more details from you. Can you please reply with the following information:
Your Device:
* What make and model is it?
* What OS version is it running
* How much free storage space is available on it?
* Do you have an installed memory card expanding your memory?
The game needs to write a cache to your device to store the patches. If you have something that blocks an app from writing to your device, that could be the culprit.
Additionally, it would be helpful for you to take a screenshot of the device manager listing for Arcane Legends that looks like the below:
