I found a really cool online website(no software or application) that allows you to edit pictures. I found it cool and fun to play with. Try making your sig in just a few minutes!

I guess if someone has a picture of their char, I could try to enhance it a bit if you want. I was just playing around with some pics I had of my chars, so I made these in a couple of minutes.

Or just use Google cearch and Paint like I did
