to make it very understandable and that we might get a solution on it Please answer the following questions:

1) What account were you using before to log on?, were you using the following > Facebook, Google+, Email, or were you playing as a guest and did not make an account?

2) Did you play as a guest?

3) What was the previous device and what account were you using before?
