I got a lot of "server down for maintenance" earlier in the day, but it got better in the afternoon. I suspect it's because many players were hopping on AL just before the Thanksgiving feast. Lag has been worse than normal, but I did experience a fewer disconnects. Accounting for increased holiday activity, I'd rate overall system performance as 'significantly improved.'

Zero DC. Dropping clocks, doing huge pulls. We are seeing some big lag spikes on the huge pulls but I would say you guys nailed it. Thanks for the hard work and we appreciate the trouble shooting you have done to resolve the instability issues.

You guys did most of the troubleshooting, and were essential to figuring it out. This is a very special gaming community, by far the most passionate and involved that I have ever worked with. You've been very patient with us through some rough spots, and we thank you.

I am a mage, as of now I can drop clock, but if someone in my team would say he/she is lag, I stop dropping it. Sometimes the ping would skyrocket but no dc, just freezing screen in normal maps, usually in elite it always freezed.

When in elite map, the boss almost die. You dc.

Are you guys seeing an increased frequency of freezes (but not DCs) from recently?

Yes, Yes, now i got freeze a lot in the game even when i'm solo normal maps in karken
i got DC one time only but freeze ugh alottt
