There are people who play at that bracket, you just need to get in a guild, that way you can join people. Join the guild judgment day, they always have people playing ctf/td

I play level 23 and 26, both are good levels. However with the increase in stat points and different variations of armor i can say that there is no real clear strategy to level 26 which makes every player unique and adds more fun to the game. If everyone has the same armor and stats, then the game is just about who gets lucky crits, thats not fun.

I agree with you though that its the most balanced level, mages actually have a shot at winning in that bracket

I play level 23 and 26, both are good levels. Most dont have the same stats cause use different gears/para gems if u have 220 dmg and 2.2k hp like rouge with 2 tanks i was able to kil one of the best rouges un gw (no gang) its more about skils then stats and crits you need to be lucky to get some
