I understand your frustration, but when you take risks, you have to be ready to man up and face the worst possible outcome of your decisions.
Sts should make a disclaimer in the item description for the crates to prevent players from assuming the completely preposterous idea that if you gamble "a lot", you will guaranteed be rewarded.
You cant go to a casino and demand a free car after losing 2k at the blackjack table...
And the odds of getting a mythic is what? 0.5%? 0.05% for an arcane? So using a random number generator between 0 and 200, count the number of times you "reroll" until you hit 1. Divide that by 3 and that's how many crates it took for you to get a "mythic". Same for arcanes. Except instead of 200, use 2,000. And do that again and again. You'll notice you dont get a mythic/arcane after the same amount of crates. You could end up getting one after 1 crate, 10 crates, 100 crates, 1,000 crates or even never.
