I dropped a starry after 77 cap. On my third run whilst using a 3x combo from daily blessing and big luck.
No need to spend money on plat.

Not that we can know without seeing the mechanics of the drop algorithms, I now think they are on a separate roll, and that classy won't help with stars.

Some people say they "lowered the drop rates" i dont see why sts would have any reason to do so, and i doubt they did.
I knew of a bunch of people with starries right around 77 cap. These players were pretty darn wealthy, and had a ton of plat, being the first ones to cap... I beleive a lot of the starries that were already farmed went kapoosh when all those people got banned from plat glitching... So, with the lesser number of starries, up goes the price.
