Planar Rod proc.. Thanks for nothing

Thanks for screwing up my Planar rod of brutality. Please give me my Magma rod of Brutality back, since this rod is not worth a crap anymore. I would like my gems back out of this no longer worthy planar rod as well. While your at it give me my gold back I paid for this thing. I could also use a free respec since I changed my build around this weapon.

Planar rod no longer procs 100% of the time. Sigh.. Warn a brother will ya? I would have never bought this thing had I known you planned to change it. It does not even proc 25% of the time now. Look it is a different kind of proc it cant proc while the proc is going so it should have a higher rate. Seriously come in game and give me my old magma rod of brutality back with same gems as my planar rod of non proc

Stop whining. No weapon has a 100% process rate so why should the planar rod? You bought this weapon solely to abuse the proc rate so now bear with the consequences.
