Winding down the contest, we will end on Tuesday 1/20 at midnight EST. Please post your ending satchel pic if you have collected teeth to count on Tuesday. You have all kicked it up this week for sure, it's been a blast to see you all running together and making new friends in the guild.
I will tell you once the contest ends we need to work together on the recruiting. My inbox is fill every day with people asking to join, and most of you will be promoted to recruiter that have joined us and are being active running. I really REALLY need your help in weeding through all of these new faces. We will have to deal with people asking to join and working as a team taking them on a test run. You can read the recruiting rules on page one of this thread, but there are a few things to keep in mind:
Basic Enigmatic Recruiting Rules:
- L40+ Only. If their main is in the guild they can bring in any alts at any level
- Take them on a test run. We usually run elite wilds, but if for some reason it's just you and the recruit feel free to use Kraken and run it duo
- Make sure they understand we are PvE farming guild, PvP is on your own
- Talk to them! Are they fun and enigmatic? Will they fit into the guild?
- Don't worry the gear too much. We can help people gear up! We don't care if people have pinks or reds whatsoever.
- Mostly say yes, but don't be afraid to tell someone they aren't ready yet. If they are still wanting to farm Malison eggs this isn't the guild for them. We are ELITE PvE farming guild.
- Please check the guild log make sure it's not a guild hopper or someone we have removed before. We give a one-time pass back to the guild, after that it's no. And no to anyone who has been removed in the past.
- If you invite someone to the guild, consider it YOUR new buddy. Run them, help them, tell them about our LINE group and private forums.
- We trust you guys and your recruiting! You are a recruiter because you are a good runner and an excellent member of our guild. Do us proud!!!
