Helmet: L.10 Halloween Helmet
Weapon: L.10 Snipers Talon (Platinum Pack)
Armor: L.5 Experts (Recommended) or L.5 Artisan
Shield: L.10 Sniper's Platinum Wing (Platinum Pack)
Ring: Champions Fine Platinum Band (for max critical hit)

Firstly, I'd advise going 13. That way you can compete with other 15 bears.
Get 5 stomp 1 sms 6 rage
Use either: L.5 Expert Leather, snipers helm, snipers/gruesome (PINK ONLY) Evidence bracer or ghoulish cage, snipers talon & champions dmg ring.
Orrrrr Swap expert for Jewel Thief Forest Leather lv13.

Remember: Learn ranges of your stomps vs bears, vs mages try to hit sms after their heal & use stomp to break their frost.

Most of all... Play mage instead.

Another build I'd recommend is a max damage build for those of us who don't have plat:
L10 dex hallo helm
L10 Winterfest Tinsel Talon
L5 Experts
L10 Gruesome Evidence Brace
Champions fine platinum band
And switch out cripple for VS.
You can grab 76 DPS, 21 armor and 19 crit on these gears.

Why does this kid continue to use the lv10 dex hween helm. Its bad imo. Snipers is better at 10.

Halloween bone helm is a good substitute for snipers if you don't have plat.
It has a damage advantage, as well as a dodge advantage over sniper's(although dodge is useless at this level).
I have sniper's now, but halloween worked fine for me.
