Yes alot more. But in short, more hit = less dodge for the opponent.
Also, imo & from my experience as 15 bear, 96% hit is the most you need. & ik many that get away with 94%.

Wait for that ONE fight, when that ONE stomp misses.
You shouldn't depend on the luck of not missing that 4-6%, & critical hitting that extra 6-8. Taking into consideration, this hit can also be reduced greatly by all the things I've stated before, I honestly think 100% hit is the smartest thing to do, but it's up to anyone's else preference. - 4-6% hit + 6-8 critical is still QUITE viable.
Judging from my own experience as 15 Bear, it is really easy to get away with the setup of:
Sniper'sHelm
Pink 15 Talon
Sniper's Shield
Experts
Crit Ring
I used this because I like to roll cheap :P. Anyways, like Writer stated, if you do go into fight with chars with debuffs, think of it. You've got so many things that can destroy your hit, it's better to get at least 95% hit than have yourself miss that duel crucial stomp.
So, riddle me this, why do bears at low lvl dodge so much in comparison to endgame bears.
What you quoted me on, was worked out by one of the smartest minds that played PL imo,
I'm just telling you the results of his experiment, which, from my experience kinda seems valid.
Also, the amount of dodge to hit ratio at endgame tries to balance each other out, except there is more dodge in comparison to lower lvls. Please notice that, when a bear hses you at endgame, your hit doesn't go down sub-100 does it? (Yes ik I've read the other thread about hit chance)
From my experience of endgame the opponent dodges more when I am hsed, referring back to the point about his results seeming valid.
