Farming for recipes? where?

Is there a better map to farm for recipes than other?
Do they "ONLY" drop from FH bosses.

Where I farm recipes and gems is at meatheads deli... It has 3 bosses so most likelihood of drops I guess (meathead duhh, brom dandy and skeller krunch
