Oh and, so far i've seen only one mage using it, I really have no idea what's his name, it has been a year or two since I met him. I asked for the name and he just said '
'. About the shining from the hand thing, have you ever seen Rendtail before? If yes, it's easier to be explained, it's just like that but Rendtail has 2 circles and the one I am talking about has only 1, the ring is exact same as Rendtail but it's blue in color and the outer circle is not added.
