Shiny stuffs from shadow and cyber armour

I've seen guys with their shadow armor emitting shiny blings. Likewise to a cyber armour.

Are these another armour or How do you guys add those shiny blings emitting out from your cyber and shadow armor? The cyber armour that I've got only have blings at the wrist area.

The Cyber armor all sparkles from the hands, but the all over sparkling comes when you have a set with a bonus on. There are 24 sets like that in the game, 3 level 35 and 21 level 50 sets. You can find them all listed in Yanis' threads stickied in the traders market section.

It looks like that when you're wearing a full set that has a set bonus.
