25-27 Claw Mage?

I recently earned a lot of gold by selling. Im at 23 mage right now and am wondering if 25-27 Claw Mage works? If so, what would be a good build for it?

carla did claw mage at 25 and it worked. she would just tank and wait for the enemys bov to drop, for bear she would camp lightning on them and just tank/kite. her build was prob 6bov 6bom 6light 3 drain 1 fire 1 ice 3 healish it looks something like this

It works, but you will probably get blinded by fb mage.

However, miracles do happen!

L25 int hallo set / l15 experts
2 dodge 8 armor / 2 crit 10 dmg ring
L25 pink sniper's talon
L25 pink shrunken head (dodge)

Stat:

37 int all dex (l10 mage regen set)

Build:

1 frost 6 light 3 fire 2 heal 1 ms 6 bom 6 bov 1 drain.

This will work against most classes, but mage are probably hard still. Foxes yuck!
