Same problem with me.... i think they think we think we ll be thinking to fool them but we are not think that

Because you are spamming them with the same stuff over a short peirod of time which they have probably blocked you.
I mean I would too if you were spamming me with 4 messages about the same thing

I'm pretty sure if it's a common issue that has an answer then it automatically gets resolved. Like if it's an issue that they have addressed repeatedly to people in the community. I'm pretty sure they do this to reduce the amount of emails being sent about things that have been answered on the support website. To open it back up just comment on the same case. Do not spam them multiple cases, just comment on the same one to open it back up. I had this problem before and I got it opened and answered by commenting on the case again.
That or you've been blocked.

Emails to support are automated. Spamming them with 4 emails isn't going to help you at all. Last time I send a ticket it took them 3days to say "No"
