I have been doing free plat offers via "fiber"( dunno its exact name)
And more thab half of the offers havent given me the platinum
I have been doing those install ones and i have started them, even signed up and stayed on browsing for 5-10min

Some games ask you to reach lvl 5 or do stuff. Read the requirements!!! Some say download and start only.

I mean those music apps and online buy sell/apps whose details are "install and start" and as i mentioned i didn't just start but signed up and stayed on for a good 5 min....maybe some just dont work

Stay online at each app for like 1-5 mins so it have time to verify, that works for me
