Fact 4: My all time favorite movie soundtrack are from LOTR ("The Ride of the Rohirrim" from The Return of the King is my fav among all of them), Inception ("Time" is epic), Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows II ("Severus and Lily" is so heart breaking), National Treasure, etc. Some of the TV series' original soundtracks are good too.

Fact 1. Barrayaran is my warrior alt.
Fact 2. Barrayaran is named after people from the planet Barrayar in Lois McMaster Bujold's Vorkosigan Saga.
Fact 3. The Barrayarans are military-minded and have a high sense of honor. That is until they get drunk.
Fact 4. Even though the Barrayarans value brawn and physical prowess, my favorite Barrayaran is a short, hunchbacked man with fragile bones. His name is Miles Vorkosigan.
Fact 5. I tried naming my warrior Miles Vorkosigan but it was too long.
Fact 6. I used to think I wouldn't ever want to play a warrior because they grunt so much. The great warriors I had the pleasure of running with made me rethink.

Fact 1. I burned my thumb with my father's cigarette lighter when I was three. I was so traumatized I didn't dare strike a match till I was twelve.
Fact 2. I fell off a motorbike twice (once with the bike falling on top of me, wheels still turning) in college. To this day riding pilion on a bike I would clutch with talon-like fingers on the rider in front me, praying loudly and yelling when the vehicle tilts as it rounds a corner.
Fact 3. My friends talked me into snorkeling even knowing I couldn't swim. They cajoled me into taking the plunge, then showed me how to breathe, then swam beside me and kept me from drifting too far from the boat. I thought it would be a traumatic experience like the above two incidents. It turned out to be the most magical, memorable fun I've had in years.
