As a quick summary in case of TL;DR or if you didn't understand my gibberish:

A league will be formed that is similar to real life sports. People form teams of 3 and create a guild. We compete in the league and set up a schedule for rewards (the hard part). Team captains can add or remove players from their team as desired.

Again, I know this is far fetched, but I didn't like the idea of this sitting in my documents in case people really do want to participate.
