Enchant Gear

I thought this could be a fun addition to the game.

• you could disenchant the gear you get as opposed to just vendoring it all
• you could really customize your stats compared to other classes
• Allow enchants for the following attributes

+hit

+crit

+dodge

+h/s

+m/s

+armor

+dam (probably at 1/2 the rate of the other stats)
