I was going to try it out and saw that it has 3 procs +25 int +25 Dex +25 str I wondered do u get the proc on taking damage or doing damage?

The wild amulets? If you are a warrior in a mob you will light up like a Xmas tree with boosts. Mage and rogue ones don't proc as often since they aren't taking as much damage.

I still use my brutality one on my main Mage from last year. It gives a lot of armor and does proc occasionally.

Although the str one is red so I start running away thinking I'm in a bosses attacking red zone often lol.

I know its a nice amu but for me it rarely procs cause mages 1 combo me(mythic and arcanes) rogues 1 hit me(most of the time) and tanks have too much DMG they hit hard with stun so maybe I'll sell it someday
