When the hell did lvl 41's take 400 per tick of damage from dead city poison pools

The acid comet pools that spawn mobs are level scaled. That expansion maxes out at L21. When there's 20+ lvl's difference, no damage can be dealt - so since you're 41, zero damage. Weirdly enough, the poison pools spawned by the Undead Warriors can and will damage you for a static percent of your HP (based on your armor), no matter your level.

Something similar happens with Captain Bluecrab's traps and the poison soldier at Wraith/Ashral Heart bosses.
