Owl eggs in toucan crates

I opened 2 toucan crates,what I looted is Hazel and jahooty...
Is this a bug?

It should be a bug. Sts has always surprise bugs for its player base as it seems

I also received Hazel. But I also got Ribbit from a grand locked crate. I should know better by now that I have no luck.

That's not a good joke. What would have been funny would be to loot a Samael from a toucan crate. You coulda called it Toucan Sam.

Support have dealt with my ticket- Hazel was exchanged for the 250 story tokens I spent on the crate. So just email them They would have received my email in the weekend and I'm guessing it's Monday in the US so that's a next business day resolution. Nice.
